Raspberries

Raspberries are very tasty, sweet, slightly tart with aromatic flavor and valuable nutrients. Contain flavonoids, alkaloids, malic acid, vitamin B1,B3,C,D,E, iron citrate salt, calcium chloride, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, selenium, silicon, sulfur and tannins.

Raspberries are fragrant. Containing a crystallized sugar substance, fragrant volatile oil, pectin, citric and malic acids, minerals and water. The plant fruit improve the sight if used for a longer time period.

How to use: They can be eaten raw as a snack or can be combined with yogurt or muesli.
